Customizations of the personal health information system for tele-rehabilitation.

Existing working code provided.

Need to add additional requirements for Tele-rehabilitation of stroke patients.

Additional Requirements as follows:

1) Doctor records a demonstration video and stores it in the server

2) Patient downloads the demonstration video from another location, plays it.

3) While playing the demonstration video, webcam starts recording patient's movements

4) Once video is stopped, recording stops as well and software uploads video back to the server.
