CodeDomProvider (C# VB.net) Compiler project

I Am looking for someone to create a C# or VB.net project with commented code to demonstrate how to use CodeDomProvider to create executable windows applications (form based)

I'm looking for some help in developing an application. I have come across CodeDom and found some examples that allow you to compile C# code to an executable.

I am not a c# developer so I'm having some problems in getting the examples to work. What I would like someone to do is to create a Windows Application (Form based) with fully commented code that will compile an executable. While that sounds simple I have been struggling with the next part, what I want to compile is another Windows Application (Form based), the basic idea of my project is to have the first Application have settings such as 'background colour' a user can select this and then when they click compile it will create an application with a form that has those settings e.g. red background.

While setting the colour is a simple example, I am looking to set much more complex data (byte arrays) so in this example a user could attach an image, which would be converted / stored in the new executable as a byte array (this could be an image or a document)

I'd prefer this work to be done in VB.net, however C# would be acceptable, I'd also like the work completed ASAP but am flexible if the chosen developer requires several days.

**To recap:**

**Project A has settings that are modified by the user.**

**Project A generates a new executable (Project B) that is a basic form that has the properties that the user has specified (simplified example is user selects background colour more complex example is converting a document to a byte array)

You must provide both Project A and Project B (Both parts of the overall project)**

**All code should be commented **
