Hi, I would like to express my interest on your job post. I do believe that I have the skills and dedication it takes to focus and provide excellent results in the work that you need me to do. Just as a background, I have previously worked in the call center industry as a Technical Support / Customer Service Representative. I have handled several mediums to communicate with our customers, ranging from email, chat, phone and even as a moderator on forums. Using these mediums, I handle proper investigation, reproduction of the issue, providing solutions as well as compensation for the inconvenience our customer go through. Although I've handled different ways to communicate with customers, I believe that my best lies in handling chat and email, due to the amount that I've spent using those support mediums. Previously, I was a Tier 2 Customer Service Representative, handling live chat and email tickets for Zynga games in Facebook. This experience has sharpened my skills to properly connect with customers through written communication. I'd also like to assure you that I have the proper computer specifications and Internet connection that would be needed for the job. Furthermore, besides a desktop computer as my primary workstation, I have a backup laptop.
