I have been working for more than 3 years now as a freelancer which helped me acquire my knowledge when it comes to Virtual Assistance and Customer Support roles. My skills set are virtual assistance, customer support, internet research, data entry, excel and powerpoint.. I am available for 35-40 a week.
Over the last 3 years, I have been constantly providing world class customer service experience and client satisfaction.
Prior to working as a freelancer, I have worked as a Customer Support and Team Manager in the call center industry for more than 6 years. I have been involved into managing people and interacting with customers to satisfy them with the best service in the world.
I have a wealth experience working as Virtual Assistant and most of my tasks are setting up appointments, doing research,data entry,managing CRMs and doing calls. I have worked as a call center agent in one of the leading BPOs here in the Philippines and I have lot of achievements working in this industry such as "Employee of the Year".
