Create Videos & After Effects templates

Hi, i have a long list of "wants and needs" when it comes to videos…but what I want a bid on and want most is a new main page video for [login to view URL] (right now it is to long and to STIFF…i want it to be fun and inviting like the postcard i attached (also attached a logo and a promo) the short version is this 1) i am a real estate broker in florida who wants to help homeowners find out what their home is worth…and if they are thinking about selling i want to be the first agent they think of. 2) i have other agents that will be using the system as well 3) this is a large project with a lot of moving parts…but at it's core it's a lead generation system. 4) if you click on [login to view URL] and look around and then click on one of the subdivisions you can see some of the tools the consumers have access to. I have a lot of useful, cool stuff incorporated into this site and i need a cool video to showcase them. 5) i have and like using green screen to "explain" things…so there will be some of that in the main video (but not nearly as much as there is now) 6) i like all of the "templates" below and would really like to buy them and use this one here & part of this one there…but their license won't let me do that…so i want you to recreate similar ones that are mine and i can reuse any way i want for me. i can buy them and you can use them in the main page video….and then you will see how they are put together and remake something similar for me or we can just build from scratch…I'm not really sure about the best way to go forward is…I'm learning AE but am still a beginner. 7) i really like the way the "ideas" float around in this video [login to view URL] and want to have some of it in my videos 8) one of the "ongoing" projects will be neighborhood updates and i want to do them in a weather forecast style similar to these…but instead of days of the week and temperatures…we will have pictures of houses and data on them…and we will do this type of update on a regular basis…again with SEO in mind…i want to take over the search engines in the neighborhoods i work in.
