Create a 30 minute DVD

This project is to create a short (30 minute) DVD video of children faces that other babies can watch. Babies and young children love to look at faces, and this DVD is designed to create that effect. ## Deliverables A) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No 3rd party components unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the worker's Worker Legal Agreement). This project needs to have the following: [login to view URL] to have pictures of babies (under 2 years old) so that a new baby can appear every 5 seconds. [login to view URL] needs to be 30 minutes long. This will make approximately 360 pictures. [login to view URL] should use a variety of effects during slide transition. [login to view URL] need to be from approximately the waist to the top of the head [login to view URL] (85% or more) of the pictures need to have the child sitting up. [login to view URL] children in the pictures need to be looking toward the front. [login to view URL] pictures of children crying or sad. [login to view URL] need to be a mix of all races and genders. [login to view URL] images all need to have the same or similar backgrounds. No dark backgrounds please. [login to view URL] (menu) needs to have the option to either loop or go through a single time. [login to view URL] to have peaceful music in the background. [login to view URL] copyrighted pictures! Any stock pictures are fine, as long as there will not be any copyright issues. [login to view URL] needs to be in format for North America DVD players. [login to view URL] to be downloadable and then burned into format that current DVD players can use, using very basic instructions. [login to view URL] to come with help file for any potential questions (Many of these will probably be brought up during project) ## Platform DVD If any DVD writing software is required on buyer's part, this should come with as well (preferably as an entire automated package. Download project to computer, put a burnable DVD in, and click a button would be ideal.)
