Create 10 "Top Ten" videos

Project Budget: $50 I would like to create 10 videos that I would like to upload to you tube. I will be willing to pay $5 per forty second video. I would like, if possible, for the videos to be narrated. The narrator must be either a computer generated narration that uses a perfect English accent or you must be very good at speaking English and have only an American English accent. You must come up with a script, which must be approved by me, in the narration of the video. The narration must include funny or interesting commentary on the content of the video. The video must also include some graphics etc to introduce the introduction and the count of the top ten. You may use clips of video on you tube or other video provided online for the top ten count. However, all commentary and all graphics must be original.
