Complete a Video Explainer

Hi all, We have been working on a video explainer over the past couple of months. We were working with an existing freelancer (who un-known to us - had further outsourced the project to ANOTHER freelancer).... this resulted in a breakdown in communication (down the chain of line)... and then finally the video artist disappeared (and we have been unable to contact him). So we need to find a video artist who is able to help us pick up the pieces and get the video finished. This video is 3 minutes long... and an entire 3 minutes was supplied by the freelancer... BUT only the first 1 minute was up to our standards. We are happy with how the whole video flows (and the structure of the storyboard / narration). The issue is some of the animation and illustration does not look professional enough (looks like cheap clip art). And we need someone to simply take what is already there and just do it better. Its a very simple animation using minimalist lines and colours. We have already lost quite a LOT of time and money on this project... and ideally need to find someone that can finish the video for $500 or less. If you think you have the appropriate (in house skills) to help complete this project, please get in contact ASAP. With examples of similar work. We have lost a video artist that we used to trust... and so hope that we can also find someone to replace them, and work with us on all future video projects too.
