Create an animation video commercial/ad film of 30 seconds

We have a water company named Kisima whereby we sell 20 Liter bottles to corporate offices, also the water cooler that holds them. I am attaching some images of samples of our products and also our logo's. Looking for a talented and experienced animator and motion video creator to create a 30 second video commercial for our service company. The service in question is a 20 ltr water bottle delivery company. We exemplify high quality for corporate clients such as banks and high rise businesses. Bidders should ideally will have experience creating animations and transition sequences. I shall provide basic pictures, screenshots and we shall together finalize story-boarding. STORY: We like the idea of a corporate office atmosphere of people working hard but bored out of their mind, falling asleep. Then one of our delivery men walks in with a bottle of water on his shoulder (20 liter bottle). Music starts to play and they get overjoyed, and stand up on their chairs and start following the delivery man, all the way to the water dispenser in a line. There they pour water into glasses (when the dispenser has been refilled). Then they go back to working hard with smiles, showing that water has increased productivity.
