A cricket information website

We require a website that will closely follow the layout and functionality of [login to view URL] It will be a cricket-related information website. Obviously we don't want it to be a complete rip-off of the site above, but something very similar, with perhaps a different colour scheme and some layout differences. Here are some more instructions from the client: "The site to be similar in the front page like the UK site. The proforma shows small changes for us. The colors as given and predominantly to be like the Indian flag colors The 2 circle on each side to be the wheel from the Indian flag. The box on the left with the team names can will have all the team names - as you click onto the names - these will go the next detailed page for the team - a team list with their corporate colors and player names and background. Also by hovering onto the names one should get more info on the teams in the Club box below on the front page. The box for fixtures will be the tournament make-up and we should be able to change these from the back-end. Headlines will be also fed from the back end. News pictures and also spot to place video/u tube interest. A spot for people to join as members - free to join, provided they fill a small information page eg, name, address, email address, team supporting, and login with their own password. etc, this data should be stored at the back-end for future messaging and providing auto password recovery. Advertising will be left as spots for paid advertisers as we get them - need ability to upload any advertising. Forums - this should lead to the forum page where the members can join and place comments and discussion. The box for links is self evident - we intend to link to other similar websites - we should have ability to place links as required - upto 5? Also need a visit counter." ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform *nix or Win The above site seems to be running on an CMS. We will be interested in using something similar. No proprietary CMS developed by you please, only free open source content management systems with active developer and user communities (e.g. Mambo). We want the site to be compatible with all modern browsers (6.x+) - the above site also has a PDA version, which may be the functionality of the CMS. Please research available options.
