Design a font for use in software.

Hi there everyone. I am looking for someone to develop a font for a software project I am working on. I attached of an example of one that I would like the one you create to be look a bit like. The software will be educational support, so it would be elementary aged students using this software. Since it will be kids seeing the font, the font theme should be happy, silly, eye catching, but needs to resemble actual letters. (The attached picture has an example of another font that might help) My budget for this project is not much since it would be used for educational purposes, it would a great starter project for some one new to the site. :) Please let me know if you have any questions! If you have a font you own already (which you have the rights to sell completely), and if it was similar to what I was looking for, I am interested in buying all of the rights for inclusion from you for that font. :)
