create twitter/facebook retrieving module

I have created Livesmart, a web service that provides health advice based on the user's social media I'm trying to create a module that automatically retrieves, archives, analyzes the user's social media. If I can get this module set up, I will be able to provide the user with healthcare advice from professionals and words of encouragement from friends and family. What I want to be able to do is the following 1. create a pop-up that allows authentication of the user 2. automatically retrieve and archive the social media 3. enable my staff to download the tweets made in the specified time span in csv form Livesmart runs on Joomla!, so it is best if you can make this as a module to add on, but you may remake the site if need be. I'm looking for a team that will be able to create a module that will allow me to execute this objective.
