Convert Program from v. 8.3 to v. 9 - written in Magic

We have a very large Magic Program that supports on line order processing, inventory management, accounts receivable, etc. We want to convert from v.8.3 to v. 9. I would like a per hour quote. I will select a canditate to review the size of the project based on per hour rate and possibly feedback rating from this site, if any. The candidate will then provide a time estimate. Working knowledge of Magic language required.
