Captioning English Videos with Spanish Subtitles

I have 60 minutes of video of a professor speaking to the camera in English. I need to have someone subtitle it in Spanish for my Spanish spekaing audience. The project will start with a small test file of around 30seconds. Once the quality of work/translation, pricing and implementation are found satisfactory, I will award the full 60-minute project.
As a final product - The English video should have Spanish textual subtitles
