Audio transcription - long time

I am looking for transcriptionists who can offer good TAT and excellent quality. I need interviews, campaigns etc transcribed within a time frame of 24 hours preferably for an 1 hour length audio. I have a tight budget and cant offer more than $10/audio hour. I am not looking for companies or brokers just freelance transcriptionists. I will send almost 5 hour or audio per week so a good MT can earn almost $50 per week. I would prefer to choose someone dependable with whom I can work long term with minimal supervision and who has excellent quality. If the candidate can prove consistency in quality and TAT, rates will go higher from Jan. I am looking forward to choose someone within a day or two. I will send a trial file to interested cadidates to check accuracy. Thanks Mark.
