Arbitration Help

I am in an arbitration and RAC wants to test my work. The job is about creating ASP.NET parsers for 9 sites.

I require some one experienced in this to provide step-by-step instructions (in good English) as per the RAC requirements:

At this time, I do need to test this application in order to verify the 89% that you are claiming. As per the information provided in the posting of Tuesday Apr 20, 2010 1:45:32 PM (Arbitration Response Id: 1,351,382) in point 4 you were asked:

*Please provide step-by-step instructions that I need to follow to verify that all the parsers that you have provided in Posting # 27,724,411 on Thursday Jan 21, 2010 9:09:05 AM EDT work.*
