Hi There, we are needing a website to list our house to rent for holidays, we like the site [login to view URL] Who can built this site for us for our own use ? we want to list our own properties and in future for others too like they do .. but we can call that phase2 , it should work for us first . it has to be module based system for example booking module, reviews module, payment module etc etc so modules can be created any time to add more features.. phase1 admin side of things to enable us to be able to add properties .. home page search module listing module contact module advanced booking module testimonials basic modules to achieve for listing for our own homes and allow visitors to book etc.. Can you use Fork-CMS framework to create this system ? we not interested in Joomla or any other CMS that already in the market.. we would like this to be based on Symfony PHP based..
