I require a shed design to satisfy council regulations and gain council approval as well as engineering drawings for the construction and errection of a steal framed shed utilising concrete panels to obtain the required fire rating for building on the property boundary on three sides.
The shed dimensions are 20m(L) x 12m(w) x 6m(h), the main opening dimensions must be at least 6m(w) x 5.4m(h)with an additional PA and sliding door. A mezzanine is required at one end of the shed at a size of 5m x 12m with a staircase for access.
The shed must have provision for an overhead crane with 5ton capacity in the section not affected by mezzanine this will cover a span of 15m (L) x 12m (w)
