Write some software

I need you to develop some software for me. I would like this software to be developed using C or C++. Requires C and a little HTML knowledge (must be able to upload from the arduino ide) Create a program for an ESP8266 (Huzzah feather esp model) that will launch a webpage with a survey When a user connects to the ESP wifi network they will be redirected to the HTML page requesting a username and password (or when the user opens a webpage they will be redirected what ever is easiest)  The username and password entered correct or incorrect will be stored in a string with all previous attempts  If the username and password saved in the variables username1 and password1 are entered an if statement will run displaying the username and password string on a fresh HTML page If the username and password stored in the variables username2 and password2 is entered a sperate if statement will run and display a new text box and button for submitting information to a string variable If the username and password entered is not stored as an acceptable username and password the else statement will run displaying "login failed" The webpage HTML code must be saved as a variable in the C code for easy modifications The ssid must also be saved a variable for easy modifications
