I need a game script that will let me choose the game type from the inspector, refer animations and videos, with some options:
I have a piece of code sending a Z number several times per seconds, changing from 0-100.
I have 4 game types that I want to be able to choose from the inspector. Each game will play an animation or a video (need to be able to choose in the inspector:
Type 1 - Wait X seconds (countdown on screen) with an idle animation, and choose animation based on an Average of Z:
Animation 1 = 0-20 ,
Animation 3= 41-60,
Type 2 – If Z is under a threshold (number Y, to be set in the inspector), it will slow down animation. If it is under 50% of Y, the animation will remain still. Game finishes when animation is over, or user clicks END button.
Type 3 – The animation will begin in the middle. If number Z is over the target Y (threshold, to be set in the inspector), - move animation forward, otherwise, 10% less, move it slowly, more than 10% less, move it backwards slowly. Game finishes when animation is over, or user clicks END button.
Type 4 - The animation will begin in the middle like Type 3, but there is no fixed threshold. The threshold will have to be updated to be 70% of the time under the Z number, where the animation will move forward, not backwards. Game finishes when animation is over, or user clicks END button.
There should be a countdown of 3 seconds before starting any game (and reading the Z number)
After the game is over, there should be a menu showing maximum Z, minimum Z, and average Z.
The reason I'm asking for video and animation options is because I have a few animations in Flash, so I'll convert it to mp4 so it's easier to use in Unity. If you have another idea (like using uniSWF or GAF, we can talk about it.
