I understood, you need the outlook plugin to, 1. Create a button in a separate Ribbon Tab in Outlook, when an email is selected. 2. Right Click of Email 3. Open window of Email Upon opening clicking the button, it will display a Windows form and harvest the selected email details in an object. All the details like body, subject, attachments etc has to retrieved. The form can have any windows controls (controls that can be added to a .net windows applications) and process the data. I could create a plugin for you that would have an email message item button and context menu item which loads the required fields.
