I need a simple program written in C# that reads VCE exam files and exports them to an XML, SQLite, or other open format. Similar to the VCE Exam Simulator by Avanset but not a full exam simulator program. Just the conversion. I will need a working program that handles the latest version of VCE files and the source code and all rights. Note: This is a difficult project as there is no open or other sources available for this.
