Create a CSV from a Scanned Document

Hello! I've had experience in C/C++ and Python programming using different libraries including OpenCV. I've read your project description, completely understood it and I can do this job for you. I see several approaches to do this job: 1. Program with UI that will allow you to scan multiple files, and generate multiple CSV files. 2. Console program which would convert all jpg or pdf files in particular directory to CSV. In this case you'll need to scan any amount of tests before start processing them. On my opinion second approach is better because you'll get almost the same functionality with more flexibility. 2-nd approach is also could be completed faster, because no UI required for it. Please let me know if you are interested in my proposal. If yes - I'll be able to start working immediately. Best regards.

If you can send me few sample scanned copies of different types of answer sheets you have attached here then I can fine tune this software to be suitable for your purpose. Hi, I am good at image processing and i have donw the following few projects which are similar to the requirements given in this project. I have designed an application to read the codes in a scanned set of 16 iTunes cards placed in a sequence. The output is saved in an excel file for all the read codes. In this application, thousands of scanned images (16 cards in each image) are read simultaneously. I have also implemented Text Extraction from images for Car Plate Number Recognition using MATLAB. Which is actually Optical Character Recognition. I have also implemented the recognition of type, number and color of a playing card using MATLAB. Samples can be provided if you are interested. For this project i can design the application in MATLAB and at the end i can give you this application with a user friendly GUI in the form of executable files so that you can install it on any PC and test the scanned answer sheets.
