Build a tool to find facebook likes of people.

Hey I am willing to take a look, though I am not certain you can make that tool. You need certain permissions from facebook users before you can access some of their information, for instance an application can't just post on people's wall without their acknowledgement first. I created a game that uses the facebook API to post on player's wall and get their friends, so I know how to dig the API. If your tool can be done I will find a way. Also if you select me I would like to have 2 milestones setup : 1 for researching if your thing can be done first for half the price, and the other half to create the said tool with the UI and stuff. I know the information you ask for can be obtained through the API but the problem is more about the permission level required on each user to read their information.
