Automatic poster for auctions on www.2dehands.be

I need someone to write me a Windows application that will automatically post auctions on the website [login to view URL] Requirements - Information of the auction such as text and images have to saved locally on the PC. - I enter the auction in the GUI and have the ability to choose to post now or to post later, I also have a button to remove a running auction - Reposting feature allows me to enter per auction that it has to be reposted every x hours - Reposter uses the files tored on the PC locally when reposting - Interface supports multiple 2dehands accounts at once - Interface offers the ability to enter the url of an auction already on the site (but not mine) and copy the content and the images from it nd save it in the local library.
