We need software that auto fills forms for us. We get forms in .pdf format that require us to fill many different fields. This gets tedious for our employees when they have to refill the same information on many different forms. We need software that can be placed on our web server through a site they can log into that have all the forms they will need to fill out already there. They will then just select the form they are looking for which will already have certain information already filled out so all they would have to do is fill out only a few fields before they can either print it out or submit the form online.
All funds will only be released once the project is finished and we're satisfied with the final product.
To clarify, we need a web application which will store data on a server, and then map that data to specific fields across pdf forms.
So, if someone enters a name into the a pdf form, it should auto fill specific information related to that person (address, phone, company, etc.) across forms.
Also, we would need it to be able to import and export into excel files (.csv) so we can exchange data into and from it into our CRM.
