Automatically update the last update time of each entry on a vehicle website

Project: Automatically update the “last Update time” of each entry on a vehicle website Objective: Currently I have to login to the [login to view URL] to update the last update date / time for the vehicle I posted online. I would like to get this automated through a windows exe file. In another word, I need a computer robot to walk to a bunch of steps (and clicks) on a web page for me. The steps to update each entry manually have been described in the attachment: Notes: You do not need to know Chinese to bid on this project (screenshots are very clear). I will provide you a sample login id and password once you successfully win the project. Also, I will use another login id to test the deliverables to ensure the executable works in different scenarios. Deliverable of the project: The deliverable should be a Windows exe file (Can run on Windows 7 Home Edition) with two parameters of e-mail address of the password of the user account. Example: [login to view URL] 12345 If pre-requisites programs are needed to run this executable, detail installation instruction should be given along with the deliverables. I would also need to obtain the source code of the project and the compilation instruction.
