Access Database Setup

Hi, I am after some very basic help with setting up a database to produce fee estimates. Currently we have a Word document that contains perhaps 50-odd fee estimates for different procedures. These are not for different clients rather just to print off and have in display books so we can use them as discussion points for talking with clients. Each estimate has a title, description of what it is, categories for each item, individual items and prices. I want to be able to print them off in their entirety. I have made an Access 2007 database that has separate tables for categories, items & prices, procedure descriptions and the estimate. I have related the tables as one-to-many back to the central estimate table. I have created a report that nicely prints out similar to the word document. (see attached PDFs from the word document as to how I want it to end up). I made a few forms to help with data entry as well. The problem I have which I am sure is very simple is how to be able to select multiple items and get the pricing to add up correctly. Could you please give me a cost estimate for setting up this database so that it will print out a report similar to the attached PDF. I am not wanting to spend a whole lot on this as what we have works ok but Access would facilitate price changes. I would like a professional to set up the structure and I intent to fine tune the report and obviously enter the data.
