C++ - Complex Algorithms

Hello All, I seek a capable TEAM of programmers who can implement a search engine algorithm in c++. This consists of a unique algorithm that gathers and analyzes the quality (and quantity) of various kinds of backlinks on the web. To get an idea of what this entails, think of Google, Yahoo search, and Bing search engine(s). This also includes developing a website like [login to view URL] and a ad integrating platform like Google adwords. To apply for this job you must be able to understand and implement complex algorithms. You must also understand how to allow such a system to be scaled up massively and securely. I will not consider a freelancer who doesn't have at least 4.7 and above feedback or extensive portfolio on freelancer. You should share w me if you've worked on something like this before. This is a long term project and requires a team of dedicated programmers, not just a single programmer. I'm looking for people with a vision and dedication to that vision. Your bid should be a fixed fee (per project) not on a monthly basis. The details of the algorithm will be given to the winner of the project. Thanks
