ASIC and/or FPGA miner prototype for SCRYPT Algorithm

Looking to put together a team to design an ASIC and/or FPGA miner prototype for SCRYPT Algorithm. (see [url removed, login to view] , [url removed, login to view]).
The prototype has to be solving hashes at least 1 GH/s. The prototype must be power efficent( under 250 watts if possible) and keeping a low and stable temperature.
The prototype should work with Gui-Miner Scrypt, [url removed, login to view] or cgminer [url removed, login to view]
If a successful prototype is accomplished, profit from use of product(mining profit) and sales of product will be split with successful candidates.
