Auto form fill script

Can you write a script for the following?

One website have input data : First Name, Last Name, Street Address, City, State, Zip, Phone, Fax, email, Website.

I need to submit about 1,000 data to this website taken from excel sheet continuously.

Like take 1st data, auto form fill to this webisite, click submit.

Take second data, submit, etc.,

I don't need this for a particular website. Instead, I need a generic script where I can specify the fields in excel same like the website.

** Don't ask me for which website I need the script. I need a generic script

** No escrow. Escrow will be only after 48 hours of completion of task and checking the script
