Django: Website developer needed. User registration, PayPal integration, etc

We have detailed specifications for a website to be built on the Django platform. Reports will be run based on detailed client input, payments must be securely transacted, and so forth. A clear and detailed list of requirements has been created. Here are a few of them: Technologies: 1. The Twitter Bootstrap 2.0 web framework shall be used for CSS and HTML layout, styling and formatting . Basic site layout will be provided. 2. Jquery v1.7.2 (or later) shall be used for Javascript functionality. 3. MySQL 5.5 shall be used for the database 4. Charting functionality shall be implemented with Google Charts Requirements: 1. REGISTERING NEW USERS/LOGGING IN Overview: A "Register/Login" tab will allow users to register securely for access to paid, and certain free, features of the site. Client Area: The client area is a secure area of the website that enables clients to save their queries, view and download previously run queries, and review their billing history. We have additional detailed information about: Billing and Payment functionality Charting functionality Comparables database search and downloads Analyses and reporting functionality Database specifications Metadata about usage of site User interface design and an analytics engine. All of these details will be provided to the selected developer. We do not expect to see a bid at this stage as there are additional details that you must understand first.
