Compile FFMPEG with all available Codecs and Formats

I need a build script (bash) which will download and compile every possible external library that ffmpeg can use and compile it so that every format and codec can be muxed and demuxed. This includes h264 + h265.
The script must pull sources using a link which pulls from the latest version of the libraries, so that this build can be updated in the future.
This script needs to work for Debian 7.0 x64.
If all formats are not possible, a majority may be acceptable. Please provide a dump of the commands "ffmpeg -formats" and "ffmpeg -codecs" using your build.
