Auto - Responder Birthday Tool - Script

We want to create an auto reply tool for Birthdays. The process for this feature will allow us as owners to upload our contacts through csv files to a folder on the Server where it should automatically send emails our based on our contacts. The email should send out 30 days prior from the bday. We should be able to create multiple folders for each user/owner. This is for a night life promotion company so every promoter should be able to upload their addres book which will have first name, last name, email address, and bday. The whole idea is that 30 days before their bday they get an email from us to help plan their bday and 2 weeks later we send them another reminder. We should have the ability to make more folders. In each folder we will drop our contact list. There should also be a main list called Night Life Agency where all the members from the website should get this email as well. The sample email should say the following: Hey (First Name), Want to wish you an early Happy Birthday and kindly introduce myself. My name is Nick Rozario and I am an Event Planner for the company Night Life Agency. We are running a promotion for this month where you can celebrate your birthday and we will honor you a complimentary guest list along with a free bottle of champagne if you make a table reservation. I would love to discuss this in more detail over the phone or email. My whole goal is to take the burden off your shoulders and plan your special night with while saving you money at the same time! These options can apply for Eden, Josephine, Current/Rosebar, and if you have a certain preference we will make the arrangement!
