Create sales reports in Netsuite

My company uses a system called NetSuite which I'm having trouble getting sales reports out of. I can get the pre-set Sales by Customer or Sales by Item but I can't customise my own reports. Finding this very frustrating as its normally something I'm quite good at - I've worked with Cognos, Aztec, Nielsen, Roy Morgan, JDE, BPCS, SAP....its usually a strength of mine to pull sales data out of the system then put it into Excel for further analysis and I fully understand the database concepts of rows, columns, filters layers etc.

I'm looking for someone that knows how to use NetSuite and can sit with me and set up the reports I need and also show me how I can do it for future needs. Someone working in the FMCG industry would be great as they would understand my reporting needs (although this isn't essential).

Prefer to do it at my house (Balgowlah, Sydney) on one of my non-working days which are Monday or Friday. Could also do a weekend. Or I could travel elsewhere in Sydney if required.

Want to know if there's anyone out there who can help. If so then I'll give some more detail about the specific type of reports I'm looking for.
