American Business Database Needed

I am having trouble purchasing the American Business Database from [login to view URL] because I do not have a credit card that accepts international purchases. Basically, I need someone to purchase the database, upload it to me, and I would release the escrow money. The purchase must be made with my account on customlists.net. I will give access to the account to my selected coder. I also have a coupon that gives 50% off. The coder must use this coupon. I will give it to the selected coder upon accepting the project. All rights to the database belong to me as if I would have purchased the database from the website myself. The database will cost $200 dollars and I am willing to pay a coder $260 dollars for completing this project so a $21 dollar profit can be made after vworker expenses.
