Build a document in Oracle Reports

I am looking for someone who can recreate a C coded document in Oracle Reports. I can provide original document and DB dictionary as well as help in the completion of the task with testing and such. The document would be for a WMS system running on Oracle Linux with Oracle 11g R2. It will be standard 8x11 page size. I have provided a sample of what we would like made. We can change it some if needed and make it look better since reports would be more flexable. This job has a strong possibility of multiple reoccurring jobs in the future.
