I currently have an Access database and a specific SQL query that runs in it that provides ticket information. I am in need of a new database that I can add this query to that will allow me to do the below tasks. First let me provide a bit of information about the query:
-The query returns a list of tickets closed from the prior day or specified date that specific user's completed. It shows Their name, the ticket number, and the project number it if the ticket was a part of a project.
-When doing QA, I must go through each user and a certain number of their tickets (could be all tickets, random 3, random 5, or random 10), and ensure they were processed correctly.
**What I need the database to do**
-Run/Examine the above mentioned query
-Allow me to choose a user and the amount of tickets I would like to QA
-Have a form that populates the user's info and tickets/ticket numbers I am going to review, and have additional fields for if the ticket was correct (yes/no), if not, what type of failure it was(Audit/Process), a notes section for comments, and the date in which the ticket was actually closed.
-The form should be able to pull a random selection from the entire query, or pull for a specific user.
-The QA results should be able to be saved to a table and appended each day.
-I am not looking to go broke on this, but am hoping to find someone that would enjoy doing this for a fair price. I can provide any additional details needed, just let me know what you need to know.

I understand from your proposal that the database already exists and includes an existing query to fetch tickets for a specified day, either from within the database or from an externally linked data source. If this is not the case, please clarify.
I would provide a form which would allow the user to specify a sample day, select a user (optional) and specify a random sample size (3/5/10/All). The user would then create a new "batch" of samples, based on the selection and append it to a table of samples. Each sample would have the fields you specify to record the QA results,
A second form will allow the samples table to be browsed, filtered and printed.
To provide a realistic estimate that this can be achieved I would need to properly analyse the existing database. I will therefore need to see a copy of the existing database prior to accepting the project.
If I cannot meet your requirement within the proposed budget, I will not accept the project and neither of us will lose any reputation.
