Design php website for Plumbing Directory

My existing site was not designed and programmed well. [login to view URL] I need a vworker to create a new site. Basically from scratch. Objective: This site is similar to [login to view URL] Visitors will be able to search by zip code or State-County-City and the results page will show plumbers within that zip code and 5 mile radius Visitors will be able to fill out a form on main page to submit a plumbing service request. The Plumbers: 1. A plumber will be able to register on the site and enter their company information for inclusion into the directory. A plumber can list as a free listing or a paid listing. 2. Free listing is a basic listing which will appear in the search results page for only that city. 3. A paid listing will appear as a banner and a listing for all towns/cities within their county. Basically, a plumber will pay for a COUNTY AD or a FREE AD 4. Admin shall be able to view, delete, modify all listings and users from a control panel. 5. Admin shall be able to add a BANNER for COUNTY AD within control panel The site shall be SEO friendly. I want to be able to add articles on town pages. For example, if a user searches for plumbers within 11598 zip code, a results page for 11598 Woodmere, NY will appear. If their is a PAID plumber for that county, it will appear on top along with an article that admin will provide followed by free listings for plumbers within 11598. Id prefer a vworker within the United States. This site will require future modification and vworker who bids shall be able to provide future assistance.
