C# using WinForms and Micosoft SQL

Using Visual Studio 2010, Microsoft SQL Express 2012, C#. I want to outsource a portion of a project. I will need all source code when finished. I need a tabbed form that will have about 100 input fields. Input fields need to be loaded with values from a Microsoft SQL Express database. Data entered in the fields will need to be stored back into the SQL database. I want this done using stored procedures. I will give you the table definitions, names of input fields and other guidelines once you are awared the project.
