C# sqlite performance problem that we need to solve

Good morning, we developed a c# software that calculate pokerstatistics on hundred thousands records with about 160 sql column and we are using sqlite to handle this but we have serious performance problems, we have multiple tables with inner join on indexes, the most common queries are for counting hands Where is verified a conditions for example "SELECT count([login to view URL]) ........... WHERE [login to view URL] = 1" , some poker stats has about 8 queries inside like this. We are searching for a sqlite database expert to improve our performance, we need as soon as possible.
