Directory Submissions / Link Building

We have 10 new websites in the UK for certain local services (non adult) All 10 sites needs to be submitted to local business directories and all the relevant directories including Teknorati, [login to view URL], stumbleupon, etc. We will provide guidance to the sites that needs to be submitted to. We primarily want Links from UK sites. but we would expect the link builders to try and build links on more than our list. We have 6 target keywords per website. and we have the text needed for each site all that needed is the submission to the directories. We expect to see results and also a list of the directories submitted to and also to see results after 14 days on success rates of the submissions we also expect a resubmittal to the failed sites. We also wish to have link swapping with American, or other English speaking sites outside the UK sites of the same business. Second Part of the project needs google Local expertie We need to submit 6 keywords with 650 locations for each site
