I possess approximately 9 years in supervisory and Management experience. My experience in Management spans from Operations Management, Business Development, Customer Service/Contact Center, HR, Performance Management, Budgeting, P&L, Integration, Business Intelligence to most recently setting up an offshore facility for my current employer. I believe that my experience and exposure in overall Operations & Customer Service Management would be of great value to your organization. I am currently employed as Manager Sales with Ceylinco Insurance PLC, whom I joined in June. At MediGain my previous employment I was last serving as the Senior Manager Integration and took over this role at the request of our Chairman in January 2012. As Senior Manager Integration, my responsibility is to ensure the profitability targets are met and operational integration is carried out without any client losses on all newly acquired companies by MediGain. Whilst Managing the Integration Department I was also entrusted in setting up an offshore operation center in Chennai, India last year, which was successfully setup and handed over to Operations in June 2012. I believe I would be the best for this job with my experience and exposure. I am ready to start ASAP.
