Design and Manufacturing of urban concept car for Shall Eco Marathon Competition, it involves completemanagement by reduction of weight making it economical, fuel efficient, and its fatigue life analysisthrough 3D software and by calculations. Conversion of Petrol Engine to Ethanol Engine and its mounting on an urban concept car and its completedesign analysis, setting compression ratio for ethanol by decreasing volume of cylinder through CNCmilling machine and then checking it for different percentages of ethanol in petrol e.g. for 25%, 45%, 75%in petrol and then 100% on ethanol.
