Hi Sir, After in-depth reading and reviewing the brief of this project, there are two main parts : 1. The deliverables including plans, perspectives, elevations, Furnishing and others. 2. The Design and color scheme to apply on the deliverables (Visualization). In addition it is noticeable that the project include both internal and external . hence the sequence of work will be as the following: 1. working on preparing floor plans which is the base of the whole work following section 3. actually the included plans in the brief are not clear and need to be enhanced and clarified. 2. then FF&E layouts including furnishing and other internal distributions. 3. after that creating sections (Typical internal elevation) for the two floors. 4. After finishing the internal parts NOW we can get outside (Exterior) work. which will include elevations and site plan including surrounding gardens, paths, pools, ..etc (landscape) and here is another question : to what extent the landscape could be altered ? 5. Finally it is the phase of the visualization (3D using Sketch up) which will include internal, external, and aerial perspective and not to mention following section 5 in the brief in order to apply the design and color scheme. Note!
