Develop Simple Online Database or help setup in existing eg zoho

Hi I need an online database that can be accessed for by up to 5 users, with the potential capacity for more users\\r\\nMy needs are simple and I have been looking at online databases like zoho.\\r\\n\\r\\nI have spent several days in the zoho trial and setting it up is definitely not one of my skill areas, I am wasting time.\\r\\nThe support team are good and I have come to the decision that I really just want to pay someone to set it up for me.\\r\\n\\r\\nI am not attached to using Zoho and am willing to be shown other systems other ways to achieve what I want.\\r\\nAs I am in the set up phase of my business my budget is relatively small so I would like to minimise ongoing costs.\\r\\nJust so you have an idea if I went with Zoho I would be paying $25 a month.\\r\\n\\r\\n I have a simple business and need to be able to record all clients,contacts details,record client conversations,( that is a field where I can type in the key points from the conversation) , record followup activity and create tasks, that I can assign to various employees, upload documents and have perhaps up to five users.\\r\\nI also want to be able to create contact field for staff , where all their details are recorded and a separate one for professional contact...............\\r\\nI want to do this so that when i go into the database I can identify customers from other contacts.\\r\\nI may need to be able to add fields at a later date.\\r\\n\\r\\nI need to know that the system is secure and private and can only be accessed by the people I authorise.\\r\\nThis is a small project and for the smart operator will probably only take a few hours and no more than a day and of course that\\\'s a guess.\\r\\n\\r\\n\r\nOnce this is set up I want to be able to manage it myself.\r\nOk I am not sure what else to include here so lets see what happens.\\r\\n\\r\\nI am open to discussing per hour or fixed price.
