Debug Python code to perform file conversion using Caffe

I am trying to implement a short bit of python code to convert binaryproto to npy described in this URL: [login to view URL] [see sg90 commented on Nov 12, 2014] the program takes a file [[login to view URL]] and converts it to a npy file [[login to view URL]] but i cant get it to work. When i run it, the code appears to execute but the [login to view URL] file does not appear. a sample [login to view URL] file is attached.
