I need a script to pull data from a publicly available US government source that appears to not have an API. At first run the script should collect an initial set of data, specified by date range, and load that data into a MySQL database. At subsequent executions, the script should add data that was added or updated if possible. Otherwise it should rebuild the entire data set again. The deliverable should be the commented python code and the MySQL db structure along with implementation/installation instructions. The solution would work in any Devian based distro, it gonna use python 2.7 and Torando API. I gonna give to you the scripts and the installation procedure within the documentation
