Complete a set of Trello task on an already developed website (Python / Angular)

Hello, I love Trello and have an account there! :))) Nice to meet peoples who used it too. Generally, I'm 5+ years expertise on Django (don't you use it? I'm also fine with Pyramid and Flask). Also, I know how to use AngularJS (but prefer EmberJS and Backbone - it's more flexible for me). But anyway, let's do the business! Can I take a look to the list needs to be done to prepare correct estimation?
