Database needed for website

Need Database and Interface for Online Menu website DescriptionWe have a site and looking to have someone or a team do the following: Create a database that would allow for the follow: OPTION 1 When a person selects a CITY and then a town a list of restaurants in the town appear ( we need [login to view URL] on left and right for banner ads) Ex. someone selects City. All the towns under that City will appear in a list. The person can select a town on the list to obtain the list of online restaurant menus available for that town. The results of the search have to create a page similar to this one [login to view URL] leaving space on left and right for ads about 160X600 or 4 text ads from google. OR OPTION 2 A search tool exactly like the one on [login to view URL] That allows you to search the city and then town and it lists the number of restaurants example Montreal - St Laurent (46). On the backend the admin panel Has to allow for the uploading of jpg and pdf version of menu ability to add cities and remove them and the ability to add a menu for a restaurant that has branches in different cities and we can select all cities that have this restaurant on backend so that when a person does a search they can obtain restaurant.
